The primary job of the Technical Support
unit is to help resellers and customers
resolve issues with AnyDoc Software's
products. One of Tech Support’s
priorities is to be there when our
resellers or customers need assistance:
To that end, Tech Support has
a toll-free number 1-888-4ANYDOC and
a joint e-mail address. The operating
hours of Technical Support 9 a.m. – 6
p.m. EST.
Tech Support confirms all e-mail and
phone requests for assistance from
resellers and customers within 15 minutes.
Phone requests are assigned a higher
priority than e-mailed requests since
they typically concern more urgent
problems. In both cases, Tech Support
procedures require a formal acknowledgment
of the request by Tech Support within
one hour. All customer issues are tracked
both by the customer’s name and
the issue involved.
Currently,
80 percent of the issues are resolved
in one contact. While the issue remains
open, there will be frequent contact
between the tech support engineer and
the customer or reseller.
When the issue is resolved, the customer
will receive an explanation of what
caused the problem via e-mail or the
phone. If a patch is needed to reconcile
the issue, the AnyDoc Softwares’ Tech
Support engineer involved will attach
the patch to an e-mail or make available
on the AnyDoc library to download.

customer and reseller requests, market
surveys and business opportunities.

Software provides various communication
tools to keep the resellers and customers
current with product information. AnyDoc
Software acts as a clearing house for
information among the user and reseller
community. An on line Internet and
dial-up system is maintained where
customers can upload files, images,
etc. and download new versions, release
notes and other information.

Training: AnyDoc Software provides
training classes in Tampa, Florida.
The training classes provide a thorough
review of the products and include
extensive hands-on workshops.
