AnyDoc Software customers have the opportunity to rent additional licenses for AnyDoc software products. Customers must already own license(s) for the product they wish to rent.

The AnyDoc Software rental policy is as follows:

1. The rental period must:

• be at least 90 days in duration; or

• cost a minimum of $5,000.00.

2. Rental price is 15% per month of the current AnyDoc suggested list price.

3. Software maintenance is required (18% of the rental fee).

4. AnyDoc will provide a 50% credit (of rental fees, excluding maintenance fees, paid to AnyDoc) toward the purchase of the licenses rented. The credit:

• must be applied against exactly what was rented;

• cannot be used toward other items; and

• is allowed only if the purchase of the licenses occurs within 30 days of the rental period’s expiration.
