Computhink ViewWise® 5.6 is newest file destination for AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit 4.2

TAMPA, Fla. – May 16, 2005 –AnyDoc Software, a leading provider of automated document and data capture solutions, and Computhink, a leader in integrated document management solutions, today announced the next step in their expanding partnership: Integration between AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit and Computhink ViewWise®.

AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit is an information transport tool for secure, automated data and image transfer from AnyDoc’s automated data and document capture software, OCR for AnyDoc®, to back-end applications. AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit can bridge incompatible data formats to numerous industry-standard destinations.

With Computhink ViewWise, users can archive, manage, and retrieve images and documents efficiently and securely. Images, application files, email, media, and more are stored, indexed and retrieved with intuitive interfaces, allowing access to the database via PCs and three types of Web clients. Document storage is encrypted with 128-bit encryption to ensure data security.

The new release of AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit (version 4.2) allows OCR for AnyDoc® users to automatically place captured document images and data into the ViewWise application. Users can automatically move data and images into ViewWise in real time or in pre-scheduled intervals based on business needs and resource constraints. The result is a seamless end-to-end solution that takes document images and data from capture and processing in OCR for AnyDoc® to ViewWise for storage and retrieval.

AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit 4.2 includes a number of other new features. Users can now process file attachments as documents. AnyDoc®EXCHANGEit’s auto mapping feature, which enables automated file transfer, has been enhanced with increased file and field name recognition capabilities, enabling faster mapping of destination data fields. New Universal Naming Convention (UNC) Support now allows users to map drives, allowing utilization of data directories on multiple drives. And enhanced EDI features allow for better EDI output control and mapping.
