Software Engineer

We currently have an immediate need for an energetic, creative, independent individual who also works well in a team environment. Duties will include performing research, design, development, and implementation of software applications.  Applications are designed for the automation of data entry and forms processing in the imaging industry with heavy emphasis on using Microsoft Visual C++.  Experience with a system methodology for full life cycle of applications is ideal.

Experience & Skills:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED - prefer degree in MIS or Computer Science, 3+ years software application development experience. Also requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows 9x, NT; 2000, and XP and programming in C, C++, and Visual C++ languages, and in both GUI and algorithmic development.  Experience working with SQL or Oracle databases and programming ADO is a plus.  Experience programming C# and .NET is also a plus.

Our software is designed specifically for the document imaging industry so familiarity with image formats (TIFF, JPEG, PDF), OCR/ICR, document scanning (TWAIN, Kofax) and document management systems is a big plus.

Inside Sales Representative

Are you energetic and hungry with sales skills but not on the right career path?  Do you understand a complex sales process but are stuck selling telephone systems or network devices, etc.  We're looking for someone who can create demand and help us grow revenue.  We sell through a network of certified resellers who are focused in the area of document capture and document management.  You will help them sell while also working to drive sales and move business on your own. 

We currently have an opening for an inside sales position working out of our corporate office in Tampa.  The primary responsibilities of this position will include:

• Aggressive prospecting & cold-calling within target market.
• Account development, qualifying leads and driving them through the lead pipeline.
• Demonstrate, through successful lead generation, extensive knowledge of industry trends, practices, products, competitors and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers through phone and web.
• Remain current on the features and benefits of AnyDoc’s products and services concentrating on the recent enhancements.
• Generate further interest in our products and services by discussing features and benefits, at a general level, with leads and/or customers.

Experience & Skills:

High School education; prefer a degree from a four (4) year college or university and a minimum of two (2) years experience selling software products and services. Successful candidate will possess excellent prioritization and project management skills.  Must also be a self-starter. Requires proficiency in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Windows 9x, NT, 2000, or XP; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Webex PCs/Windows.

Quality Assurance Engineer

AnyDoc Software, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer. We have an immediate need for an energetic, creative, independent individual who also works well in a team environment.  This positions primary responsibilities would include the following:  reviewing new or modified AnyDoc software, including documentation, to determine if the program performs according to user requests and/or the written user guide. Use defect tracking programs to report defects in software and recommend program improvements or corrections. Review documentation describing program evaluation, testing, and bug corrections. Work with a test automation lead to write automated scenarios which support an existing test automation framework.

Experience & Skills:

This position requires a high school/GED education and 4 years or more of related quality assurance work experience. Also requires proficiency in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and database applications.  The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of data-driven testing, and top down test planning. Experience with Segue's SilkTest and an understanding of the underlying 4test language a plus, but not required.

Applications Programmer:
This is a staff support position responsible for designing and testing program logic, coding programs, program documentation and preparation of programs for computer operations. The key duties of this position include:
Codes, tests, debug, documents and installs modified and new programs.
Uses coding methods for specific programming language to enhance or initiate efficient program execution and performance and to reach optimum hardware utilization.
Monitors production programs for expected performance and responds to errors and emergency problems.
Works within specifications provided to meet programming assignment goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
Takes independent action to correct problems encountered during systems operations within authority level granted by I.T. manager.
Maintains integrity of program logic and coding, and establishes required checks and balances for operational controls.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of computer operating procedures and operating standards.
Assists in studying and analyzing data processing functions, methods and procedures and makes recommendations concerning the feasibility of revising existing programs or adapting new applications to data processing operations that will more effectively utilize MIS resources.
Produce procedural documentation as required.
Assist in network administration.

Experience & Skills:

-Associate's degree (A. A.) in computer science or information systems or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-Two or more years experience as a computer programmer.

-Good knowledge of data processing system design methods, techniques and standards.

-Proficiency in DHTML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Active Server Pages, DCOM/COM, and Visual Basic.

-Working knowledge in the use of computer OS’s and applications including Windows XP, Vista, and Server 2000/2003; all Microsoft Office applications.

Integration Engineer

This position is responsible for defining and driving the application integration projects from beginning through the entire process. This includes analyzing, defining, and documenting of the business requirements, the creation of specifications and project plans to accomplish the system and data integration and creating and delivering the actual solution with the AnyDoc products. To fulfill this role the Integration Engineer will also need to coordinate and troubleshoot issues associated with solution development, training, security and implementation. 

To accomplish the key responsibilities, the candidate must successfully interface with client business users to gather requirements for functional and technical design. In addition to strong technical skills this role requires excellent communication skills, both with team members and client business users at a variety of different levels within an organization.

The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal or no supervision on multiple concurrent projects and to accurately track project details. Candidates applying should have a proven track record of application integration projects in a fast paced environment.

Integration Engineers must lead projects that are on time, that are within budget, that solve the business need and ensure a level of quality service that will exceed the expectations of our clients. Regional travel is expected; additional travel will vary with the scope of the project(s).

Experience & Skills:
A minimum of at least 3 years of business consulting and/or software solution implementation experience is required. 

Technical skills required include a minimum of 2 years of experience needed in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), VBScript, or similar scripting language and database knowledge to customize our solutions for end user's needs.

Experience with AnyDoc products is a plus.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science/MIS or equivalent is preferred.  Excellent communication, problem solving skills and system integration experience are required.

 Should have an understanding of financial, manufacturing, healthcare or distribution processes.  Must be creative, innovative, entrepreneurial, and flexible, with the ability to multi-task.

Technical Support Engineer

We have an immediate need for an energetic, independent individual who also works well in a team environment. The position is responsible for providing customers and end users with product and technical support by performing the following duties with emphasis on customer service.

The position requirements are as follows:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum 2 years of directly related technical support work experience.  Also requires proficiency in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Word, and Excel.

Experience with client/server and database configurations a plus.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Business Development Manager

The BDM is responsible for driving sales by developing strong working relationships within the reseller channel that will lead to new business. The primary responsibilities include:

• Develop, manage and report on a sales pipeline of prospective resellers from the imaging industry.
• Create, implement and manage a strategic territory sales plan in conjunction with the VP of North American Channel Sales to attract the best-in-class resellers, and grow their business through the delivery of services.
• Develop existing key partnerships and identify opportunities to develop new relationships through networking with internal resources, other vendors and distributors.
• Work with key partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage the reseller channel. Provide expertise and a strategic plan to assist resellers in winning key sales opportunities. Develop strong working relationships with resellers to provide support to make us preferred vendor to work with, actively removing barriers to achieve that goal.
• Attend and speak at industry and other association meetings.
• Promote AnyDoc’s marketing program including, the annual Reseller Conference.

A successful candidate for this position must be able to attain a solid understanding of the AnyDoc Suite of products and supporting technology.
This position requires;

• Successful completion of AnyDoc product training,
• Maintain/Develop a strong working knowledge with regard to AnyDoc products, services and applications,
• Understand how to configure solutions with AnyDoc’s products,
• Develop the ability to provide basic and advance demos of all AnyDoc products including E-demos.
