Founder,
CEO, Vice President of Development
Charles W. Jackson
Recognized as a pioneer in the
software industry, Jackson has
launched two successful software
technology companies that have
been named in Inc. Magazine’s “Inc.
500” list a combined total
of five times.
Jackson’s first company,
Collier-Jackson, was a 150-employee
software developer of accounting,
human resource and newspaper
administration solutions for
Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment
Corporation mini-computers. He
sold the company to CompuServe
in 1987 and continued as president
until launching Microsystems
Technology in 1989.
Jackson’s career spans
more than 30 years. Prior to
founding Collier-Jackson, he
was a management consultant with
Price Waterhouse and a systems
analyst with GTE Data Services.
He also held programmer positions
with IBM and Cedar Rapids Engineering.
Jackson has provided a CEO perspective
in publications such as Today Magazine, CIO Magazine and Document & Imaging
Report. He received a B.A. degree
in Economics from the University
of South Florida.

President
Samuel L. Schrage
With more than 25 years in the
software industry, Schrage combines
his technical experience with
an extensive sales and business
background. In addition to helping
develop corporate strategy, Schrage currently oversees
and directs all aspects of the
company’s daily operations,
including setting its strategic
course in the marketplace. He
also serves as its primary spokesperson
and representative.
Prior to AnyDoc Software, Schrage
worked in multiple senior management
capacities at Microsystems Technology,
including serving as vice president
of sales and marketing. During
his tenure at the company, Schrage
developed one of the most respected
channels in the industry, leading
to significant sales growth year
after year.
Schrage brought to AnyDoc Software
his years of experience helping
build sales, marketing and support
teams while he was with Microsystems
Technology, Collier Jackson,
Inc. and KLA & Associates,
Inc. Under his leadership, these
companies became well known for
their excellent customer service.
Prior to joining the software
industry, Schrage had a career
in the world of accounting, working
six years for Marriott, helping
to develop an automated reconciliation
system and assisting in the implementation
of an advanced Cash Management
System.
Schrage holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree
with a major in Accounting from
George Washington University.

Vice President
of Finance
Kenneth M. Marinik
Among his many responsibilities
for AnyDoc Software, Marinik
has directed activities relating
to finance, accounting, tax planning
and compliance, risk management,
human resources and vendor contract
negotiations.
Marinik was previously employed
for eight years as treasurer
and corporate controller of CompuServe,
where he led the company through
its $550 million IPO and guided
its rapid international expansion
and merger and acquisition strategy.
His experience also includes
five years with Collier-Jackson,
serving as vice president of
finance, and over a decade with
Coopers & Lybrand, where
he was a senior audit manager
with substantial SEC work.
Over the course of his career,
Marinik has made numerous presentations,
and has been interviewed and
quoted in Forbes magazine.
Marinik is an avid golfer and
runner. He received a B.S. degree
in Business Administration from
John Carroll University and is
a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants.
He continues to maintain a CPA
license through extensive continuing
professional education requirements.

Director
of Research and Engineering
Steve Mandel
The original developer of AnyDoc
Software’s award-winning
flagship software, OCR for AnyDoc® (formerly
OCR for Forms™), Mandel
provides guidance to the company’s
entire line of products. He also
takes a lead role in the creation
and execution of corporate product
strategy. In particular, his
work has directly contributed
to multiple Product of the Year
and Editor’s Choice awards
from industry publications.
Prior to joining AnyDoc Software,
Mandel was a programming consultant
with Collier-Jackson and with
KLA & Associates, where he
developed performance-tuning
tools for the HP 3000 and HP
UX operating systems.
Mandel is a frequent triathlon
and road race participant. He
received a bachelor’s degree
in Finance from the University
of South Florida.

Director
of Development
Merit Greaves
A member of the AnyDoc Software team for more than 15 years, Greaves began her career at AnyDoc as a software engineer. Subsequently promoted to project leader and product development manager, Greaves now holds the position of director of development. Her responsibilities include managing software development from conception to release. She also oversees product enhancements and upgrades for a full range of solutions.
Greaves also represents AnyDoc Software as a member of the TWAIN Working Group board of directors, a not-for-profit organization which represents the imaging industry to provide and foster a universal public standard which links applications and image acquisition devices.
Prior to joining AnyDoc Software, Greaves was employed as a software engineer at Collier-Jackson.
Greaves holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology with an emphasis in programming from the University of South Florida (USF). A member of the USF National Championship swim team and an All American swimmer, she is a USF active alumna, serving on the board of directors of the USF Bulls Club and as Chair of the USF Varsity Club.

General Manager, Europe
Daniel Izsak
Izsak oversees AnyDoc Software’s
business activities in Europe,
including expansion of its reseller
network. He works directly with
resellers to help increase product
sales.
His career includes more than
a decade with Xerox in both the
United States and in Europe,
handling a variety of management
roles. Most recently, he served
as general manager of Xerox Business
Services in Switzerland, where
he established and grew its document
outsourcing business, doubling
revenue and profits in a three-year
period. As a result, Izsak was
a member of the Xerox “100%
Club” from 2000-2002.
As a global project manager
for Xerox based in New York,
Izsak built and launched an end-to-end
solution suite for the pharmaceutical
industry. He was named by Xerox
as Project Manager of the Year
in 1998.
Also during his career, Izsak
has worked with Digital Equipment
Corporation in Switzerland and
Dimag AG (Sanyo-Switzerland).
He has spoken at various key
industry conferences.
Izsak holds the Swiss equivalent
of an M.S. degree in Business
Information Technology, as well
as an M.S. degree in Marketing.
