Ray Strickland is taking the lead as Professional Services Manager to direct and implement client software integrations. During his 12 years on the professional services team, he has proven his abilities and expertise in providing solutions that not only service client needs, but provide them with efficient and accurate solutions that meet and exceed their technical specifications—including customizing business rules, networking, and database structures.
Former Professional Services Manager Terri Krouse has transitioned to Quality Assurance Manager where she will also manage AnyDoc’s software training program. Terri will leverage her experience managing professional services projects to oversee QA testing of new software releases and help expand the Quality Assurance team to meet the demanding needs of AnyDoc’s aggressive software growth path.
Further, Natalie Killebrew has joined AnyDoc’s professional services group as an Integration Engineer. Natalie has educated AnyDoc customers and channel partners for many years as software training instructor. Due to her strong technical expertise and client focus, she will retain this role in addition to her new duties.
