Real-time tracking: A myriad of processes can be tracked: batch level status, station activity, pending work and remote user logons, just to name a few. Tweak a process, and see the result—instantly. You can monitor and manage pending work in your system and see job counts for each family and phase, including a totals line for all families. With one or multiple OCR for AnyDoc configurations, you’ll be on top of the action in your workflow.          

Proactive workflow improvement: With MANAGEit, you’ll have the data you need to control and improve workflow—heading off trouble before it becomes just that. And, with the ability to monitor workload ebb and flow, you’ll be able to better allocate resources. Work backlogs will become a thing of the past as you monitor and control pending work in real time. You can also schedule time-consuming database maintenance and reporting functions to run automatically, saving you time for other activities.

Alerts: Alerts warn administrators of possible production slow-downs, allowing for pro-active resolution before work gets snarled. You can define your own alerts, including setting production minimums and maximums that trigger notification, and deliver them via online messaging or email.
